Walnut Park Plaza Apartments is a Independent Subsided Apartment Home for Senior Citizens 55+. Owner pays ALL utilities. The rent is based on 30% of the total yearly income. We are in the West Philadelphia area close to public transportation. We are also directly across the street from Laura's Skate house and the community pool. We currently have a wait list that is about a year long. We have 1BR, 2BR, and ADA accessible apartments.
